This bathroom renovation transforms the space into a calm, spa‑inspired retreat, combining solid construction with refined finishes for a relaxing and highly functional daily experience. Demolition & Preparation: Existing tiles, fixtures, and compromised materials were carefully removed to expose a sound structure for rebuilding. Subfloors and wall framing were inspected and prepared to support the new shower base, tiling, and fixtures to current best‑practice standards.​

Shower Base & Waterproofing: A dry‑pack mortar bed was formed to create a solid shower base with an accurate slope that directs water smoothly toward the drain and prevents pooling. A continuous waterproofing membrane was applied to floors, walls, and all junctions, sealing corners, niches, and penetrations to reduce the risk of leaks and long‑term moisture damage.​​

Porcelain Tile & Finishes: High‑quality porcelain tiles were installed on the floor, shower walls, and shower base with precise layout, cutting, and leveling for a seamless contemporary look. Grout lines were carefully completed and sealed to enhance water resistance, while final caulking and detailing reinforced durability and a clean finish.​

Fixtures & Final Details: New plumbing fixtures, including the shower system, faucet, and accessories, were installed to complement the updated layout and elevate everyday comfort.
